Quotes that chase themselves (so you don't have to)

If a customer goes quiet after a quote, TradeCRM sends polite reminders on the days you choose, and stops the moment they answer.

A quote that goes quiet isn't a "no". Often it's a "yes, I just got busy". But if nobody nudges, it quietly turns into a no.

Reminders on a schedule you control

By default, TradeCRM reminds the customer 3 and 7 days after you send a quote. You can change that for the whole business under Settings โ†’ Automation โ†’ Quote reminders, and override it on any single quote. Prefer to chase by phone? Leave it blank, or pause reminders on a sent quote.

  • Up to 5 reminders per quote, spaced up to 90 days apart.
  • They go out each morning at 9am (UK time).
  • The last one is worded as final, and you're notified when it goes.

It stops when it should

Reminders stop automatically when the customer replies or unsubscribes, accepts or declines, or when you mark the lead won, lost or paused. Quotes past their valid-until date are marked expired.

No double-chasing

Once a lead is Quoted, the ordinary lead follow-ups stop, so the customer isn't nagged twice about the same job.

In real life

You send a quote on Monday. By Thursday the customer has gone quiet, so a friendly reminder goes out on its own. He accepts on Friday and the rest of the schedule is cancelled.

The short version

  • Defaults to reminders at 3 and 7 days, fully adjustable.
  • Stops the moment the customer answers.
  • Never double-chases alongside lead follow-ups.
